When I place an order for 500 pieces, will I receive 500 pieces?
According to manufacturers guidelines, final production count may be +/- 10%. This allows for over or underruns of product due to production procedures. You will be invoiced for the actual quantity of product that you received. |

I want to get exactly 500 pieces, no more - no less, is that possible?
Exact quantities can be ordered. In most cases you will be charged an "exact quantity" premium. |

Is there a minimum I have to order? What if I want less than that amount?
All vendors and products have a minimum number that can be ordered. If you request an item at a less than minimum, a charge will be applied to your bill. These charges vary from vendor to vendor. Please note that if you require an exact quantity, there is typically also a charge for exact quantity imprints.

Can you work with customers outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area? How does that work?
Although we are based in Burnsville, we have established relationships with many vendors throughout the United States. We will process your order through our offices in Burnsville, communicating with you via e-mail, fax, and phone as necessary. Your order will be shipped to your requested address upon completion.

How long will it take to receive my shipment once I place my order?
It generally takes 3 working days to receive your artwork proof. Then standard production time is generally 7 to 10 working days after artwork approval has been sent back to the vendor. Please note that standard production time varies from vendor to vendor and is dependent upon various elements such as product availability, production schedule, season, etc.

What happens if I need it sooner than standard production time?
In most circumstances "Rush" orders can be placed and you will be charged a premium for a rush charge. This option is not available, however, with all vendors.

What format do you require my artwork in? What if I don't have that format?
Preferred format for artwork includes the file formats of Adobe Illustrator, PDF, EPS Vectored (Encapsulated Postscript), CorelDraw! and DCS 2.0. If you cannot provide your artwork in any of these file formats, then you have the option of sending your artwork in a .JPEG or .TIF (tagged image file). If your artwork does not comply with these specifications, please submit whatever format you have available and we will make every effort to convert your artwork to one of the required formats. You will be charged an artwork conversion fee.

I think I want more than a one-color imprint. Can you do that?
Absolutely! Most of the ad specialty product is priced to include a one-color/one-location imprint but additional colors and imprint locations can be included on most products.

I have paid for set-up charges for my logo before, do I have to pay again?
Typically if you are doing an exact repeat of a previous order (same product and imprint) you will only be charged a re-set charge. If you change product or imprint, you will be charged a new initial set-up charge.

Do you have products available that are not shown on your web-site?
Because there are well over 800,000 promotional products available we cannot list every item. If you do not see what you are looking for, please contact us. We assure you; if it is available, we will find it.

Will I see what my product will look like when it's done BEFORE it's printed?
We can, and almost always do, request an email proof of your products. This may not always show exact size of the product or imprint but it will allow you to review the imprint for accuracy and to get a general idea of what it will look like on your requested item. The only exception to this is apparel - we do not embroider the sample image onto actual product. We will, however, provide you with a "stitch-out" of your embroidered logo. |

How do I pay for my order?
GR Promotions accepts MasterCard, Visa and PayPal as well as check or cash for your order. We do require first time orders to pay 50% down and balance due upon receipt. After you have done business with us, we will be happy to discuss payment terms with you.

What credit cards do you take? Do you keep the numbers on file?
We accept MasterCard or Visa. We will keep your number on file for the duration of your existing order or unless you request that we hold it indefinately to be used on future orders. You will be asked with each order if you wish to put it on your credit card or if you wish to be billed.

I want to have my logo embroidered can that be done?
Absolutely. We will take your logo and have it sent to a digitizer who will then put it into language that the embroidery machine recognizes. This generates a "tape" and you are then charged a "tape charge". These charges are calculated based on the number of stitches in your logo. |

I have had my logo embroidered before with another vendor, can you do my embroidery? What do I need
Yes, we can assist you with your project. We will ask that you contact your previous embroiderer and request a copy of your "tape". This is generally a computer file that can be sent to us via email.

How do I know what size I should order in apparel?
Although all apparel sizing can vary from vendor to vendor, you can view a sizing chart that will give you a general idea of how sizing works.

Is there a shelf-life to products?
Depending upon the product, all manufacturers have a suggested shelf life. If you are considering holding product for an indefinate amount of time, please let GR Promotions know and we will verify shelf-life limitations with the manufacturer.

What is the warranty of your products?
All products will carry the original manufacturers warranty which may vary depending upon the product you have chosen.

I'm not happy with or there is a problem with the product I received. What do I do?
You need to contact GR Promotions, in writing, within 60 days of receiving the product outlining the problem. We will then work with you and the manufacturer to find a satisfactory resolution to the problem. |
